Everything was excellent, magnificent location close to the metro, the staff were nice. Location: the hotel was really close to the shopping mall, a Crowne Plaza or Lanson Place or JW Marriott, and shopping centre. And it was not too far away from Long John Silver's, ate there couple of times.

The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and the hotel facilities, including the complimentary sauna, were great. The staff were super polite and helpful, and many of them could speak English. Transportation was convenient with the metro station nearby.

Worst aspects of my stay were the lack of non-smoking floors and the poor condition of the room. Despite signs indicating non-smoking areas, there were guests smoking throughout the hotel, including on the supposedly non-smoking floors.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The newly renovated hotel wing on the 6-8th floor is fantastic, with well-furnished and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and even offered me a free sauna voucher. The location is perfect, as it is walking distance to a food street, shopping streets, and the metro station. Additionally, being next to a shopping mall made it convenient for finding dinner and breakfast options.

Hard to think of anything negative. The only minor inconvenience I encountered was that the cashier at the reception made some errors during the checkout process.

The best aspects of my stay at this hotel were the tight security and the trusted staff. I felt safe and well taken care of throughout my entire visit. Additionally, the quick access to the nearby Gaomao Metro Station was extremely convenient for getting around the city. The fact that it was only a 3-minute walk made it easy to hop on the train and reach my destinations in no time. Lastly, the fresh fruit and markets nearby provided me with plenty of options for dining and exploring.

The worst aspect of my stay was the breakfast. The staff in the coffee shop seemed disinterested and the eggs and "bacon" I ordered were not up to par.

The hotel provided comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were nice and approachable, and they even had a free shuttle bus to immigration boarder. The hotel was within walking distance of many shopping centers, making it convenient for us to indulge in some retail therapy. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities were top-notch.
